Punchkard operates CrewTalk, an SMS service that lets field-service businesses communicate with their own crew members. This policy explains what data we collect for CrewTalk and how it is used.
For crew members enrolled in CrewTalk by their employer, we collect: the crew member's name, mobile phone number, and the content of SMS messages they send to or receive from their employer through the service.
This information is used solely to deliver and route work-related messages between a crew member and their employer — including classifying an inbound message (for example, a job update, delay, or material request) and delivering it to the employer, and delivering the employer's replies. It is not used for advertising or marketing.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the messaging service (for example, our SMS carrier), and only as needed to deliver the messages.
Crew members can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
