Punchkard CrewTalk is an SMS messaging program that lets field-service businesses communicate with their own enrolled crew members. Crew members are enrolled by their employer and receive a welcome message; they can then text the program number to report from the field (job completion, delays, material shortages, arrival, or incidents) and receive replies from their employer.
Message frequency is recurring and varies based on work activity.
